Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas of the hotel. Every room is non-smoking and offers individually controlled air conditioning, heating, an air purifier, a carbon monoxide detector, tile or marble floors, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in selected room types, a telephone, a desk, a safe, a refrigerator, an electric kettle with tea and coffee, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, linens and sockets near the bed.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, free toiletries, hairdryer, towels, slippers and toilet paper.

Outside, the sun terrace with outdoor furniture and umbrellas is the ideal spot for a break above the rooftops of the old town, and many rooms also have a private balcony or terrace.

At the front desk you will find private and express check-in and check-out, luggage storage, invoices on request, a tour desk, car rental, bike hire for an additional charge and a shuttle service for an additional charge. The hotel has an elevator, family rooms, wheelchair-accessible rooms with grab rails, a lowered sink, a raised toilet and a bathroom emergency cord, snack and drink vending machines, a designated smoking area and daily housekeeping. Safety is covered by fire extinguishers, CCTV in common and outdoor areas, key access and a safe. Staff speak Italian and English.

The hotel has no parking and does not accept pets; parties and events are not allowed. Breakfast is not served on site, but our team will gladly point you to the best cafés in the neighbourhood, some less than 100 m away.
